What it genuinely helps with. Dryness and that straw-like feel. Roughness. Frizz and flyaways. Tangling and knots. Dullness — getting the light back. Slip, so a comb goes through instead of catching. Static. Style holding longer. Humidity collapse. The look of split ends, temporarily. Breakage and snapping, which means length retention. Colour fading a bit slower. The roughness that hard water and chlorine leave behind.

What it partly helps with. Elasticity in over-processed, gummy hair — better, not solved. Bond damage — a rinse-off mask coats and fills, it does not re-form broken covalent bonds. The visible thickness of thin ends. Heat-damaged hair — it improves how it feels and behaves, but heat denaturation is not reversible.

What it cannot do, and we will not claim it does. Anything at the follicle. It will not stop shedding at the root, will not change your hair density, will not close a widening parting, will not treat telogen effluvium after a baby or a medication change, and will not treat alopecia of any kind or a scalp condition. Those are medical and hormonal, and they need a GP and bloods, not a mask.
