Yes, we know. Every hair mask since 1985 has promised something. So here is the boring mechanical reason this one is packaged the way it is.
Caviar lipids and hydrolysed proteins degrade on contact with air and water. That is not marketing, it is just oxidation — the same reason you do not leave good oil open on the counter. A tub you go back into twice a week has been opened eight times inside a month, with wet fingers going into it, and the actives at the bottom are measurably tireder than the ones at the top. The last scoop is not the same product as the first.
Sealing each dose separately fixes that, and it is the only thing that does. You break the foil on one capsule, tip the beads into the bowl, crush them into the mask and use it. The other seven have never met the air. Treatment eight is the same strength as treatment one.
It is also why the ritual exists. Mixing fresh is not a flourish we added to make it feel expensive — it is the consequence of keeping the actives sealed until the moment of use. The bowl and spatula are in the box because you genuinely need them.
We looked, and no UK haircare brand is currently making this claim. We think that is odd, because it is the most checkable thing about the product. You can see the beads through the capsule wall. You can hear the foil break.
