Shipping

This policy applies to orders placed on trykaviora.com.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Ireland and the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in euro for Ireland and pounds sterling for the United Kingdom; you can switch region using the country selector in the footer.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, to both Ireland and the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing on the next working day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods, or where a courier is delayed by weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it is dispatched. If tracking has not arrived within 7 working days of your order, email support@trykaviora.com and we will look into it.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not able to refund orders lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days, contact support@trykaviora.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries between Ireland and the United Kingdom, any customs duty or import VAT that may apply is handled as part of your order. If a carrier ever contacts you asking for a payment before delivery, do not pay it — contact us first at support@trykaviora.com.
