Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of trykaviora.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy, Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Subscription policies, which form part of these terms.

1. About these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, not when you place it or when payment is authorised. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we believe an order is fraudulent — and if we do, we refund any payment taken in full.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in euro for Ireland and pounds sterling for the United Kingdom, and include VAT where applicable. You can switch region using the country selector in the footer. We take reasonable care to price correctly, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

4. Payment

Payment is taken through Shopify's checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are governed by our Subscription Policy, including how they are billed and how to cancel.

7. Returns

See our Returns & Refunds policy, which sets out both your statutory rights and our own 30-day policy.

8. Our products

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Individual results vary. If you are concerned about hair loss or a scalp condition, or you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to your GP or a registered healthcare professional before use.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or a history of reaction to cosmetic products. Stop using the product and seek advice if you experience irritation.

9. Accuracy of the site

We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours can render differently between screens, and packaging may occasionally differ from the images shown. Any claims, statistics or study references on this site are presented as described in their source and are not a promise of individual results.

10. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. You may not reproduce our content, images or branding commercially without our written permission.

12. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, and the KAVIORA name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

14. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email support@trykaviora.com and we will try to put it right. If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. As a consumer you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
